Companies of all sizes "misplace" funds from time to time. Relocation and mergers are frequently the culprit. We will search databases with corporate names from the present and the past to find assets. We like to refer to this process as "Business Archeology".

Bankruptcy courts need to recover funds to pay creditors. This can be a daunting task. Assets for large corporations could be all over the world!

 

When we uncover debtor funds we report this information to the appropriate bankruptcy court to expedite payment to the rightful creditor.
